Promotion and implementation of the Paris Agreement and UN-SDGs involves a wide-range of underlaying security and safety requirements. Insecurities and instabilities create major economical, social and environmental stresses which undermines the fundamental and necessary three pillars for the effective achievement of global sustainability, i.e. economy, environment and social. While mobility, immigration and integration are of considerable importance for socio-economic developments they still need to take place under organized, structured and adequate environments. The impacts of instabilities in the MENA region are causing major threats for failure of the Paris Agreement and effective promotion and implementation of the UN-SDGs.
